Videos are updated on a monthly basis, with a full length and express length video.
Salon subscriptions are purchased by one salon owner. When a group subscription is created you will receive a sign up link via email to share with your nominated team members. They will follow the link and sign up free of charge.
Adding or removing a salon member to your group is easy. Simply contact us with the full name and email of who you want to remove and add and we will update your salon group details for you.
Each video last anywhere between 20 minutes to 35 minutes and includes and extra express video that lasts between 7 minutes to 15 minutes.
You will still have access to your courses until the end of the next billing cycle.
Not To Worry Simply Renew Your Subscription Directly From Your Student Dashboard.
No, B.Educated does not store your credit card information. We use Stripe secure checkout and subscription so your card details are not stored anywhere.
If your payment has failed we will re-attempt to process your payment after 3 days. If the payment fails we will try again after 7 days. If payment is still unsuccessful you will be un-enrolled but you can reactivate anytime via your student dashboard.
